Well, I've made my not entirely glorious return after a bit of a hiatus. Completely failing to hit the genre in my first attempt didn't help matters but my second attempt seems at least vaguely appropriate. It's good to be back.

I tried to come up with a submission, but I don't think a fable is actually a type of SFF.

Mythology and fable provide a lot of the source material for a good many fantasy works. I've probably gone more towards myth and folklore rather than fable for my poor effort, but it's something.

Don't worry, all. This will not be a regular thing, me inflicting upon you my drivel. I just couldn't resist the topic this time.
