I thought the concept was great @BT Jones. It was my second choice. Trying out new formats and methods is a good way of expanding your thinking and writing.

Please accept my humblest apologies. My only excuse is that I'm out of practice with the way things work having not participated for so long. I was so busy trying to get my shortlist in on time I forgot the basics!

No apologies necessary, @Shyrka. You liked my story, which is all I can ask for really. I must admit, I get paranoid about messing up the voting myself, which is why it takes me so long to vote and write up the comments. I actually end up with the poll on one screen and the comments on another to make triply sure.
