I went for Though I may live forever and So who is this Grod fellow anyway? as I hadn't entered the 100 for a long while, I didn't do a post as I didn't want to give anything away.

The tale started as a conversation between two, rather naïve immortals. Nearing the end of the first draft it rapidly came apparent that I'd written a homage to the great head-to-head sketches between Mel Smith and Griff Rhys Jones - if you've never seen any do a search on YouTube. Kudos to @paranoid marvin for working it out

Well, I said (almost) totally random. Of 3 'guesses' I am fairly certain (of which Head-to-head is 1, obviously), the other 2 are the result of absolutely honest (cross my heart and hope to die) random shuffling.
For the most part, anyway.
I think.
But as I have no idea what the 2 other correct guesses were, I can't be sure.
