My AC is still out. The replacement part that was ordered is hopefully on it's way. Nearly 100 F and humid. Bah!

I still cranked out my story. The Muse climbed into my fridge and handed me note with an idea, then closed the door and remained inside the fridge.

@Starbeast if it makes you feel any better, yesterday it was in the low 90’s here. Right now it’s 43 and supposed to be low 30’s in the morning, a sixty degree turnaround in thirty-six hours. Furnace will probably run tonight.

Here in the UK we might get sunburn tomorrow, but I don't think they'll be any sirens, not unless I forget to use sun cream.

The storm barely missed my town and raced by. Unfortunately neighboring towns had trees torn down and power outages.
