DISCUSSION THREAD -- APRIL 2023 -- 75 Word Writing Challenge

I'm still struggling to come up with a story, but I used the word liminal in my sermon this morning. ---- Of course I explained it. But living in a liminal time, a time between, is a very key concept of the Christian life. We talk about the already (the new creation we are in Christ Jesus) and the Not Yet (how we fall short of what we can be, and what we will be.) --- So surely all those hours I've spent here are now completely worth it. --- Right?

Query to the mods: is o'clock one word, or two? I've always thought it was one officially, but I would like to make sure.

@Ursa major, @The Judge, @Pyan

Back from a hiatus into real life. On with the show!

@sule .... Truth or Death, Hope or Despair .... A story of the liminal state creation.

@johnnyjet .... Objects Left in the Spaces Between .... A story of the unexpected liminal moment.

@StilLearning .... The Forbidden Traffic Island: .... A story of a liminal moment on a roundabout.

@Starbeast .... Roger Corman’s The Black Hole ,,,, A story of the liminal time before action..

@mosaix .... Arrival ,,,, A story which gave me a liminal moment between expectation and reality.

@Abernovo .... Uncertain Initiation .... A story of the liminal moment between failure and surprising success.

@rejndzer87 .... The Portal .... A poem which lifts up the prayer of one whose existence is defined by their travel.

@chrispenycate .... Frontiers of Choice .... A poem which celebrates the liminal in the choices we make and the futures we choose.

I believe o'clock is counted as one word, under the RCL (Really Common Usage) label - you might want to hang on for another opinion though, @Abernovo...

Is it maybe worth having a 'sticky' for questions such as this? Would save having to ask the question, and for mods having to confer?

Things like this with o'clock, but there are a few other common ones like times, eg 12am or 12:00, contractions, hyphenated words etc.

So each time a question is asked, the question and answer could be added to the list?
