H2 just a friendly piece of advice. It's easy to OD when you're first testing the clones. Remember you do have to ship them out. But of course you do get to keep a free. And this doesn't mean you can't have other clones as well.

Hey,
I've enjoyed your company's clones-I purchased Dr. frasier, Major Carter, Hathor and Sha're (2 of each)-they arrived via my "Gate at 1600 hours my time. Let me say that these things work incredibly well, but do they have an off switch? Frankly, I'm getting sore-and I've discovered that Hathor and Dr. Frasier seem to have an affinity for one another-I didn't ask for that, but what a bonus. Also, Sha're keeps calling me Daniel-my name is Jim-maybe these prototypes are a bit quirky?

remember - satisfaction is guaranteed - so, i suppose the clones could be returned - that is if you are not 100% satisfied -- but, that's one of those things you gotta run by the Chief - ya know? Gemmy - this one's all yours!

I'm dreadfully sorry Jaffa-Jim. Finding testers for the female clones has been difficult. Your new ones are on the way and the Sha're will remember your name. Of course she thinks everyone's name is Jim, but that should be all right.

yep - gotta have the goatee and the tipped hair! (here we go again!) man - we might need 12 steps or something -- not to mention the Jack and Daniel clones might become a tad upset at being neglected (if it comes to that) --

you're wondering where that came from? probably the same place as my odd new obsession -- eek -- but - at least it's paving the way for a new fic idea ----

speaking of fics and goatees -- anyone know the military regs on facial hair?? (have almost no military knowledge whatsoever - 'cept that which i pick up from Stargate0

Only the Royal Navy allow full facial hair. Moustaches are allowed in both the RAF and the British Army. Neither are allowed for women!

However, if a man wants to grow either, he has to get permission to do so. If it's for medical reasons, he gets a chitty from the MO, if it's just because he wants to he asks his immediate platoon officer. The same goes for female soldiers who want to dye their hair from its original colour or grow it. Once it gets to that length where you can't really put it up because it's still too short, then you're supposed to wear a hair net to keep it neat and tidy. When I was a recruit, I had what they called a page boy bob, and I had to wear a fine hair net to keep it tidy. I eventually just grew it longer and put it up.

This is of course for the United Kingdom. But as far as facial hair for the US is concerned, I think the regulations may be the same.

The idea is that facial hair looks messy and non conformant. Beards can look nice if they're regularly trimmed and properly looked after, but not many guys do that. They look at facial hair as a way of avoiding shaving every day.

I'm glad you're sending replacements-I just discovered that the clones are not -um-water proof, or impervious to fluids, etc-it was a shocking experience. In the mean time, I've come up with my own product-a genetic mod chip! Simply have your mate swallow it (put it in her/his drink) and you can program moods and even change physical looks-it even comes with a remote control-the catch is that you have to buy upgrades from me-it's like a console you buy and then you have to get more games after a while. Mod chips are gender specific-IE: do not give a male a female chip or vice versa! If anyone's interested, I take all Earth credit cards, offworld debit cards or you can 'Gate the cash to me upon delivery. Please, no C.O.D's from Goa'ulds. Thanks,

But my 4 Daniel clones are not feeling neglected tho, my Major Hottie clone is getting tired from trying to compete with my Daniels:naughty:
