since we're on the subject - did anyone else not particularly like that ep the 1st time they watched it? it bugged me for some reason - it's still not one of my faves, but it makes me laugh -- (just askin')


anyway -- the 'stripping' party is over - (all paint gone now) -- and the clones have returned to 'functioning w/in normal parameters' --- and the clones are all set and ready to go ------

Are you talking about the fifth Man episode? Of course my reply here is on the wrong thread for which I apologise. Having said that, I think the reactions may have been a bit mixed. It really depended on what you like to see when you start to watch an episode. Possible spoilers ahead:

If you got the impression that the episode was mainly about Jack, and they did give that impression. you would have been grossly disappointed even though it was sort of based around him. but it said nothing about his background other than he came from Minnesota. Apart from that, it was mainly action and explosions and Jack being the soldier boy. In fact in many ways the focus was put more on Colonel Simmons and who he might be and whether SG1 had been compromised than what was happening back on the planet with Tyler and Jack. But I do know how much many of the fans had desperately speculated that it would be a big 'Jack' episode and that they might have been hoping to find out more.

Of course, getting back to clone, you might want to add the clone specs for 'Special Ops Jack with a Beanie and a couple of grenades' to the Jack series. You never know, someone might go for that
