You wish you had stargate greens if only so people would leave you alone. (That way you could say what you were doing was top secret and they couldn't argue.)

You REALLY wish half of those weapons existed in real life...

i do all of those apart from the browser homepage one, coz father doesn't like stargate, so we've got "google" the search engine!

it's kinda like that most of the day -- ppl are at work and in school (well, maybe not in school now, but some ppl might be) - and it's summer - ppl go to the beach and the pool - who wants to be stuck inside??

i probably watch too much SG too - but - right now - most of my SG tapes are in boxes b/c i'm moving --- however - i will then have to suffer SG w/drawal b/c i won't have showtime anymore :(
so - i'll have to settle for whatever Fox airs --- ugh ----
 
ha, moving is no excuse. I just moved. There's only so much that can fit into my mum's van so I've been moving over many weekends (still need half my stuff). The first weekend I took enough cloths for a week for work, my mattris & pillow to sleep, & my TV, VCR, & DVD player will all my Stargate videos & DVDs.. Oh & my birds, couldn't leave 'em behind.

okay - see - i'm still at my apt -- have to move stuff back home - well - been doing that over the last - oh - 6 weeks or so -- and one of the things that had to go 1st - videos -- and i mean almost all of them -- the only ones left at my apt are the ones i need to tape my shows -- SG-1, Profiler, JAG, L&O -- (all my other faves i already have on tape - those are the ones that are at my parents' house) --- so - no 'old' eps 'til i get moved over there --

but --- YKYBWTMSG when -- you've got stuff boxed and you desperately want to go to your parents' house to dig out the SG-1 tapes so you can see Foothold again b/c the latest ep made you so depressed b/c it sucked ----

Yep. You're hooked. Is someone working on the 12 Step plan for when the show is gone? I think it might take intensive work for the time we have left... :D :lol: :naughty: :monkee:

and last night's ep was awesome!! totally beat the pants off last week's!! woohoo!! not depressed!!

Red Sky -- great ep!!

i still love to get out the other eps ---- just didn't need them this week --

however -- the mini-depression/withdrawal will set in in about a week - moving and where i'm going - no Showtime! so no new Stargate --- 'cept - i have a friend taping eps for me -- she's so sweet!!!!!

You watching The Outer Limits and you get excited when you see Wright and Glassner's names come up on the screen.

Also, the main characters are killing aliens in the forest and you recognise the forest as the one that "The Nox" was shot in and you jump up and down pointing to the screen and say "Oh,my god, look, look, it's where they filmed "The Nox".
(My family stared at me and I think they were kinda scared.):laugh2:

AND

Your watching the first ep of Dark Angel and you get really excited when you see Makepeace playing some bad guy.
Me: "Oh my God, look, it's Makepeace, it's Makepeace!!!!
Sis: (no idea what the hell I am talking about) "Yes shelby....yes" (sister runs out of the room seriously freaked out)

I did that to my parents when Mike Nussbaum was on the X-files in "Demons". Just half a month before I'd been running sound for a production with him on our cast and when the guest star credits were flashin up I was scratching my head, "Hmm. I know that name." I was bouncing around the house.
Same sort of thing happened when I saw MIB. He's in that as the gentle alien jeweler.

Freaky how many Chicago actors appear on TV. But not a whole lot in the Vancouver circle.

Ain't that the truth!! Also good for the winter. I'm SEVEN blocks from the train station and that wind is no joke!!

When ever the elevator is out, I wish I had a gate to step thru and land right into my livingroom.
