<sigh> - no - i don't love all of them -- there are a few that get on my nerves - just something about some of the storylines that just don't appeal to me -- Bloodlines and Forever in a Day come to mind -- (no flaming - my opinion - just don't particularly like these 2 eps - there are a couple more) -- i LIKE most of them - don't HATE any of them - there are just some that watching once was plenty - and i may or may not watch them again -
however - if Major Davis shows up -- i'll watch (i have NO idea where this Major Davis thing came from - i've always liked him - he's not your typical 'political snob' from the Pentagon - he seems to have an 'understanding' of what the SGC is all about)

incidently - since my mind seems to want to draw a complete blank on this - is Major Davis' 1st episode "A Matter of Time"?
i have a specific reason for asking -- which i'll point out after i get my answer --

i think so too -- ran a check over at imdb - and i think it was the 1st one -- then my initial reason for asking is moot --

i was gonna ask why Hammond asks Davis - "who are you?" if he already knew who Davis was - but, since it's the first time the guy shows up -- nevermind - Hammond wouldn't know him -

Ok, watched a few more eps today...I've started writing down my Jackisms.

"Damn cost cutting" (Jack & Sam are trying to find their way around the Goa'uld mock-up of the SGC in Out of Mind)

"You know... you really should do something about the breath" (Jack to Hathor in Out of Mind)

"Thank you sir. I pride myself on my deductive skills" (Jack to Hammond in Broca Divide)

"Do you really think anyone's going to believe that woman if she goes around blabbing about a..."Stargate"? I mean I have a hard time believing this woman down on 73rd who walks around talking about these little devil people that are living in her hair...even though she could use a little conditioner" (in Hathor)

Ok I have to say it....while I love the show and I love Jack and Daniel...and I have many many favourite quotes from all of them....

My favourite quote at the moment isn't just the quote itself but the whole sceen....

"I shoulda let the dog out...."

What can I say I just love the way he says it so casually as if it weren't anything major! And then he just turns away......
