Ok, best/fav time for reading?

Anytime!!!! I read all the time. I always have a book with me and if I'm at the end of a book, I usually have another one with me also (especially w/series) so I can jump right into the next one. I read when I eat, waiting and/or riding on the bus, standing lines, bathroom, work (downtime, breaks and lunch), when I get home, anytime. I don't need any special place or quiet to read. I'm very good at tuning everything else out (so says my Hubby). It is not unusual for me to read from the time I wake up until I go to sleep. My television can go days without being turned on, if I have a lot of books to read. I catch up on movies I want to see in between trips to the book store.

I don't feel guilty for it either. I enjoy reading, so that is what I do. I tell my Hubby that he has his video games and I have my books.

I consider reading the same as watching a movie, because when I read, I get so into the story (especially if the graphic descriptions are good) that I can actually see the events unfolding like I was watching a movie (but with much better detail).

Every morning I have a bowl of sultana bran and read at my kitchen table which is next to big windows that look up a river that glitters in the dawn. I probably take it for granted really, this simple combination of a good book, good food, and a good view.
