Looks good Diggler. Unfortunately my machine is only downloading about half the image of each cover, then stops. Don't know why, all the others show up. But I can see enough to discover a Bob Shaw book I never knew existed. Glad you scanned it (and got the scanner to do it with).

Update: They finally downloaded all the way. Took longer than usual. Stupid computers. Very nice, especially the top two. THE DROUGHT is stunning. I think I spotted Chris Foss's signature "F" on the sand. One of the best, for sure.

Good to see it got working for you. You're very receptive there dask! It does have a little F down in the sand.

I was a bit worried with the scanner, the first one I did came out at a 45 degree angle. Luckily the machine seemed to correct itself on the second scan though.

I presume you're talking about Starman's Son knives? If so, yeah it's a real beauty and definitely one of the favourites in my collection. The Drought cover is also one of my favourites.

Diggler, I'm sorry. I spent over an hour while filling out applications this morning trying to get your latest covers fully downloaded on my moniter. Only about a third would appear then they all just stopped. Refreshing the page multiple times and hopping around the forum then coming back didn't help. Even the bottom two covers of your previous post --- the Norton and Shaw --- would only partially appear. I'll keep trying though. Really want to see 'em.

tinyPic works! Appeared really fast and almost without a hitch. Images got stuck again three quarters of the way through but after refreshing the page the entire four images finally presented themselves. Very nice stuff. Another Foss I see. Really like the Reynolds, though. Something about it grabs me.

I agree, that is ten times better than the artwork used on the actual books. They really do have some awful covers.
