I don't have time to run down my entire shortlist, but it came down to:

Detective Roy G Biv vs the Rainbow Gang -- TacticalLoco

Both were brilliant stories, whose final line emitted a vocal response. What swung it was that TacticalLoco's made me groan with pun related pain, whilst TSPs provoked a belly laugh, so congrats TSP you have another vote

It been only a year and a half since I began writing stories at all. I had no idea how my prose would be received. I can not tell you how much the support of Chonos and it's fine members has done to encourage me and keep me focused.
