Thank you.

It seemed the only reasonable interpretation to me.*

*although now I've read the others, turns out it wasn't.

Some really strong entries straight out of the box!

Which record shall we break this month?

Mine's up....so to speak.

PM'd Mouse. Also thought of a variation that might just work and isn't really stealing her idea, honest!

EDIT: Hmmm. Tries my "brilliant" idea. Might be back to the drawing board. I think I could make it work for a 300 word challenge, by maybe not in a 75 worder.

I think I have that idea, too! But then, I always think, "oh, no, that's way too obvious, everybody else will have thought of that," and it turns out that nobody did. :D

Well that's mine in.

And for anyone who doesnt understand (all right Parson):) The chakras are the spiritual centres of the body. See here

:D:):eek::p

Okay Gary, you are right to think that I might not understand. I wouldn't have, especially because it is something I might consider from the "dark" side.

What, you consider Spiritualists to be from the "Dark Side?"

I always found them quite loving, generous and caring, and in no way evil at all.:)

I knew I wouldn't be back here fast enough. I commented before I read your story. Now I understand that it was not my lack of knowledge about the word that you were aiming at. But the background of the word comes from what I would consider a kind of "New Age Voodoo."

As far as the story goes I understand where you are going and its a good story. Theologically I could hardly agree less. But that's unimportant for this.

Its okay Parson. My little jibe, "all right Parson," was a little joke in view of you not understanding Digs story.

Don't worry and thank for the kind comments. It's not the first time my humour has crashed in the sea between the UK and over the pond as they say.

Keep smiling Slim:)

Gary,
Your story is brilliant and beautiful.
That's going to make me think for a while.

Thanks everybody. I appreciate the comments. A vote in the 300 and now my mentions here. It's time for a drink! Cheers:)

I came up with two almost ideas. so full of lag these days!! I"m behind on the 300 reading to vote, and I'm almost afraid to read what's up here already encase I get obviously inspired by someone else's story.

Thanks Springs - always nice to get to get a mention amongst such illustrious company!

Unusual bouquet - by the way!!
