PM, it worked for me, and there's a certain poetic rhythm to it that is hard to put my finger on - maybe it's the negative reality of the beginning, followed by the positive future that the stars hold, nicely balance by the space elevator bang in the middle? If that was the intention, you succeeded admirably, and if not, it doesn't matter - you still succeeded
