Discussion Thread -- SEVENTY-FIVE WORD WRITING CHALLENGE -- December 2013

Well done Tywin, mosaix and Victoria. :)
Victoria was one of my finalists the first time round, so easy choice, thank goodness. All lovely entries, though.

Starbeast, thanks for the mention!

My vote has made it 6, 6 and 6.

I do like a good tiebreaker, and opening the gates to hell as a lucky sideline is nice too. I'm off to dance with the Devil, and just in time for New Years.

As above, well done everyone, and as Victoria was one of my mentions, it's now a vote.

None of these fine entries were on my original mentions list, so it required lots of further reading before finally making a choice, mosaix won out in the end!

Thanks for the Fina-listing, Starbeast. :)

You got it Major. (salutes)

Thanks for the Final-isting Starbeast.

Absolutely Tywin. And it was a tie win.

Starbeast --- I'm a finalist!! Thanks muchly.

I knew you'd create an excellent tale because of the subject. Keep the faith brother.

Thanks for the finalist listing, Starbeast. :)

You are welcome great Overlord.

Thanks for the listings ratsy, Dusty & Starbeast!

You are very welcome Johnnyjet. Keep em' flying.

Thanks Alc for the short and Beasty for the vote. Did not expect anything for my ordinary entry, so all the more appreciated.

You are immensely welcome Telford, for your extraordinary story.

Well, it seems a tossup whether it's a "fina-listing" or a "final-isting", but thanks for whichever, Starbeast! :D

A fine listing for an extra fine tale, Lady Zebra.

Thanks for the listings/mentions to ratsy, Ursa, and Starbeast. :)

You're welcome Abernovo. I like the Yogi avatar.

Thanks for the Shortlist Starbeast!

I voted for Victoria first time, so no agonising for me, even though the others are great stories. VV!

You're welcome Boneman. I too think everyone did a great job of story telling. It was super tough for me to decide, but with the triple tie-breaker, it was a toss up between two finalists I chose earlier.

Well done Tywin, mosaix and Victoria. :)
Starbeast, thanks for the mention!

You're welcome Juliana. The triple win didn't take me by surprise, because there were so many outstanding stories.

I voted for MOSAIX.

First this is very brief, I'm on holiday logged on via my son's pc. Thanks for everyone who voted for me and a special thanks to TDZ who PM'd me a curious message that made me log in to see what was happening.

Last time I looked I had one vote and was resigned to waiting for next month's theme and genre when I got back from holiday and logged in again.

Voted for Tywin in the tie breaker. :)
