Oh good lord, jastius -- you make me feel like I'm lounging in the hammock with a margarita and a good book! Don't let me say how busy I am, anymore.

And you are hereby assigned to write all the stories, if it will help. Oh, wait, I need to whisper that, so people won't guess too easily. :D

You're tarnishing my mental image of Canada here. Those kind of things aren't supposed to happen north of the border.

Well with the faces of Canada currently Rob Ford and Justin Beiber how can there not be crap like this happening!!!

Just last night a woman was held up at gun point outside an Indigo/Chapters book store in the big city where I work. Can't even go to the bookstore!!!!

those guys in the red jackets and funny hats will make it alright (.. and if the shriners can't help i could call in the mounties..)

Did they steal her books? Because everybody knows that people coming OUT of bookstores don't have any money left....


An update: I am starting to send out assignments now, so you should be receiving a PM shortly with your mission. Do not destroy it after reading, as that would wreck your computer and render you unable to complete your assignment on time.

Got mine and no ideas hit me in the first 10 seconds... will need some fermenting time!
 
I got mine! I had a reflexive idea about half of it. :) so that part was instantaneous.

There's something I have to check before I can come up with the other half... depending on how often you check your private messages, TDZ will determine whether or not my idea becomes fully-formed within the ten mins :D

got mine and found my story idea from my usual spot.. (whispers to drunken gnome on shoulder, "yes it was a good idea, but i am still not breaking out the Chivas Regal for you...")

wouldn't you want to be that author though? imagine someone wanting to get your book that much...
