DISCUSSION -- June 2014 75 Word Writing Challenge

I ended up with three ideas and on a quick straw pole of work buddies I've posted my WWI creation. The Emperor Nero and my Kamikaze versions will never see the light of day. So clearly, I've had some fun doing this. I was pushed to come up with ideas, but I got there, eventually. Laters everyone.
 
thanks for the review victoria... wasn't actually aware i was using unusual typography but re-reading it, i guess i kind of was.
 
Karn Maeshalanadae -- By portraying a pivotal moment in history through intimate details, the author shows us the importance of small things.

Bowler1 -- This subtle and effective character study conveys the tragedy of what is to come.

If (considering that the theme this month is deception) there is an actual story to tell. Maybe I lied. Maybe the person who allegedly told me the story lied.

After the voting is done, maybe I will reveal the truth about that.
 
Ahhh, wheels within wheels! Sadly, I usually see only one wheel at a time, so I will wait anxiously to hear the truth (or deception) of that matter post contest! :)
