DISCUSSION -- June 2014 75 Word Writing Challenge

Good new stories, everyone! Remedy, just read yours, it's terrific! CC

MatterSack -- The staccato, hardboiled style of this grim little tale fits well with its dark picture of historical secrets.

Remedy -- The author transports us to another time and place in this highly original and imaginative story.

Tywin! You've been visiting over there and didn't tell us? We need pictures, and stories, and and and....

It was lovely indeed. Thanks for the tour around the castle, we need to come back across the pond and take things more slowly next time.

Indeed. The roads are still lightly smoking. :p Glad you got home okay.

Alc and I could set up the Irish branch for holidaying Chrons (he has the scenic bit, I have the harsh end of the isle). Come, visit us. :D

I've got loads of pics up on facebook. Search james.kane1@gmail.com and send me a friend request. If your profile pic isn't a lonely 23 year old girl in a bikini I'll know you're from the chrons and not just a fb scammer.

As for police, I think I saw one once in the south (maybe). Up north the wife and I got to have a nice chat with a couple of them after we took a selfie in front of a Sinn Fein office.

If my profile pic was a lonely, 23-year-old girl in a bikini, I'd have to wonder where she came from. :D Get lots of those, do you?

Funny, I just heard from a co-worker about his brother and all the trouble he gets into when he travels, because he takes pictures everywhere he's not supposed to!

I'm thinking that it's some kind of slang for the same sort of thing TDZ.

The lyrics are:
"Casinos and Chicken Ranches, I'd legalize 'em all. And we'd have our Las Vegas, in the Hills of Donegal."

I'm guessing Alchemist will have our answer on this as he actually lives in the Hills of Donegal (maybe he actually has a chicken ranch?)
