Discussion -- August 2014 75-Word Writing Challenge

What especially impressed me about alc's story is the subtle, almost invisible way he introduces cuddly animals to give the reader a warm positive glow, which won't hurt his chances of getting votes. A clever bit of mind-manipulation.

johnnyjet -- This subtle and thoughtful hard science fiction story can be read as a powerful allegory.

Juliana -- By treating abstract concepts as real characters, the author brings this fable to life.

WordSpinner -- Through the use of an unexpected narrator, the reader is able to feel empathy for someone very different.

Groot -- This seemingly simple tale carries a tremendous impact in its last few lines.

Glad you're back, I missed the Tywin chills!!! ;)
