Venusian Broon -- This tense account of humanity's ability to destroy itself contrasts the uncaring engines of Armageddon with the very personal passions of the individual. By combining the two, the author creates a darkly ironic commentary on our inability to control out own technology, as well as a strong sense of suspense.

mmmm....I'd have to think about it, definitely got roots somewhere, but I can't think off hand if they really contributed.
