Discussion Thread -- FEBRUARY 2017 -- 75 Word Writing Challenge

@Peter V .... helps us to understand that we are all the same and all beautiful on the inside.

Hi Parson,
It's not anything that has to do with this site. It's for another group I belong to. On another note, it took a lot to find a way to cut those extra words. No matter what I did, they seemed to grow. I got it down though.

Reviews! It's been too long! No time! Ahhh!

The Jewel Thief, @Cat's Cradle – Through the medium of Raven’s magic, Frog learns that crime doesn’t pay and that you should definitely get that lump checked out.

Vince’s Fury, @Ashleyne. B. Watts – The mountainous Vince’s volcanic temper gets the better of him until he (literally) blows his top in this tale of rage and regret.

The Woman and the Moon, @Victoria Silverwolf This tale of grand aspirations teaches us that we really can reach for the stars.

Growing Wiser, @Cathbad – The impish Grem gains a new clarity of purpose thanks to the Faerie Queen’s punishment. Presumably this is not quite what she intended.

Bushy Tailed Annihilation, @Luiglin – This whimsical mix of anthro-animals and a heady rock-and-roll lifestyle teaches us that folks can be better suited to some things than others.

Growth Mindset, @Cory Swanson – A stark yet amusing warning of the dangers of ignoring problems in the hope they will go away.

Predator and Prey, @BionicGriff – The hunter becomes the hunted in this cautionary tale of how greed can get the better of you.

The Golden Rule, @Stable – One unfortunate child is chosen to ensure the future of society in this harrowing insight into a world without grown-ups.

Thank you, Shyrka! Ah yes - the fabled biopsy...

Nice to see your reviews again, CC

Spring has Sprung, @Calliopenjo – The passing of the seasons is the theme for this intriguing little vignette. Sometimes it's best not to out-stay your welcome...

Every Cloud… @Peter V – Set in a whimsical world of sentient clouds, this meteorological tale teaches us that good can be found even in the darkest places.

The Glowing Menace, @chrispenycate – An incongruously-cheerful little rhyme about a sinkhole that threatens to devour any and all around it, this story shows even humanity's great achievements are at the mercy of the natural world.

Boom! @Glen – Like Alexander and the Gordian Knot, Nature’s riddles are given short shrift in this swash-buckling tale of derring-do. Sometimes the answer is to avoid the question all together, consequences be damned!

@johnnyjet .... helps us understand that the blessings of love and cooperation are also reaped in succeeding generations.

@Sapheron .... helps us understand that the light of love warms us in all the stages of life.

@AstroZon .... helps us understand that size and perception are relative to your experience.
