DISCUSSION THREAD -- AUGUST 2022 -- 75 Word Writing Challenge

@Jo Zebedee .... The Fiendish Snails of Lough Dorcha .... J.Z. tells an utterly human tale, the more we want the more trouble we get.

@The Judge .... By the waters of Babylon .... T.J. reminds us that out of great sorrow, great strength can come.

--- I couldn't help but think of this from Psalm 137: By the rivers of Babylon we sat and wept when we remembered Zion. There on the poplars we hung our harps, for there our captors asked us for songs

@Astro Pen .... Unburdening .... A.P. brings us some very artistic and thoughtful tears in this story.

Elckerlyc: A gripping account of the power of economic distress.

Jo Zebedee: A combination of fantasy, horror, and wit.

The Judge: A stark tale of retribution.

Astro Pen: A moving allegory of the ubiquity of suffering.

Ursa major: A thoughtful fable about what really matters.
