I was starting to worry just a little. I'm sure the books need to go to press fairly soon, and the audiobooks needs to be read and created. While this process has certainly started, they needed the final product.

My understanding was that they had a week or two yet. But I also believe that the thing could probably have been handed in a week or two ago if it had been really, really needed then. The July 12th deadline was not pulled out of someone's backside - it was always a realistically achievable one with a bit of breathing space.
