And I really didn't like the scene between Roz and that other woman with Littlefinger perving over them. Goes on for waaaaaaaay too long. I mean, it's ridiculous. But I bet it won't get half the fuss that the Renly/Loras scene did.

And spoilers allowed in this thread so nobody start wailing: does Sam die? I have a vague recollection of that. I hope not, I like him! "Can you sing me a song, Pyp?" "I always wanted to be a wizard." Bless.

There's so much I don't remember from the books though. Which is good, because stuff in the episodes still surprises me. Like Littlefinger at the end of ep 7.

Sam is alive and somewhat well in Feast of Crows. He is a great charachter.

I've decided not to watch ep #7 as it would be two weeks til a new one then, but looking forward to seeing Ghost again.

It's a free online feature, not actually a premium channel. Access is fee, but you have to be an HBO subscriber, AND, your cable provider has to have an agreement with them. My provider is Time Warner Cable, and they do not, so as of right now I can't use it.

PS- there is an IPad app that allows you to access it, also free for subscribers.

I have to say I loved episode 6, one of my favorites so far. The pacing was really well done for this one. Loved the scenes in the Eyrie and glad to see Dany again. Still missing Jon and the Nights Watch though. It's definately starting to get good now and I'm very much looking forward to the rest of the season. If I can get my hands on episode 7 I think I will have to watch it; don't know if I can wait till next week.

IMO as the thread starter, any and all spoilers are allowed in this thread, as it should be a safe place for readers to discuss the series. I think we should be slightly careful about certain future events, just in case a noob wanders in *something like TRW for instance, or the shadow of Stannis, etc), but anyone who reads a spoiler has only themselves to blame.

I have not seen Ep#7 yet, but maybe it wasnt Sam?? I am certain they wouldnt veer from the books like that.

This was my favorite episode so far, really moved things along. My husband the non-reader who keeps bugging me for info i won't give him (I tried for years to get him to read it so now he will just have to wait!) was quite happy with Viserys crown!

Have to say I was disappointed with the lack of direwolves in the Bran and the wildlings scene, I understand the difficulty they are having with the animals but I feel this one was important to the story , especially since the Stark connection with the wolves has been kinda missed overall.
