Interversus – A rather twisted take on things where it seems reality is turned on it’s head. Rather than the rejection of God getting you burned it is the other way around, science is the be all and end all, and in denying it for faith... well. Also loved the names, I’m not sure how far I would stake on getting them right, but Sid he seemed quite vicious to me.
Luiglin – There’s an awful lot to love in this tale, where we get to see another side of Leonardo, or Leonard if this document is to believed. I loved the humour, the way it was presented was just spot on, and for some reason the choice of the name Derek just made it even more gigglesome.
PM – As always, the rhyming is exemplary, and the story just perfectly fitting within the words. I just loved, more than anything we see an alternate history taking form, with the additional plus to being told that in the final line. It worked so well it once again put me in awe of the consummate skill PM has with these things. (One of the reasons you’ll rarely see me waxing poetical in these challenges... Looks ahead... oops.)
FeedMeTV – A snapshot of history that could be at any time in a man’s life. It easily catches the hatred and oppression that one man can feel for they system he finds himself under, and it gives us the undefined moment, it could be before the attempted destruction of Parliament, it could be after in an alternate reality where it happened... makes you think.
Ratsy – A very good interpretation of time travel. When someone is handed an out of context description of events to come, how hard would it be to truly understand what is being said? And if someone arrived from the future dressed oddly, speaking in a slightly different tongue and obviously talking about horrific things, the best thing to do is deal with the witch quickly. But the great truth is that things often make sense only when you have all the information.
