DEO – Pure brilliance. A highly entertaining and satisfying story that takes elements of the real world and merges them with an alternative reality where the dead may walk again. But there is so much more to be praised, from the name: 'Society of Cunning Alchemists' through to the suing of Shakespeare for defamation of character, and that goes without talking about the lawyer. And they always referred to them as bloodsuckers!

Reiver – Taking something that has already achieved legendary status and adding to it, building on it is a brave thing to do, and it works here. The tale really catches the feeling of exploring an abandoned ship, especially one thought long gone, then delivers a spot on ending. You can hear the voice of the computer and wonder whether it is safe as the Discovery sets out once more.

Wow...thanks, Perp :)

Discovery

Springs - A delightful drama about reclaiming the golden years of childhood, with the help of a mystical stone to reestablish a forgotten playground. Wonderful.

AMB - A fantasic voyage where a strange land is discovered that was originally lost from history. Fascinating and stunning adventure into the unknown regions of Earth.

Tywin - Surprising science fiction tale in which a man believes he's found the woman of his dreams, only to plunge into a real nightmare. Excellent story of shocking deception.

Stormcrow - Sweet tale of a child's discovery of a faery hole. Such a pleasent story that shines with innocence and amazement with the finding of mythical beings that really exist.

Hex - Tremendously cool fantasy that dazzles with a remarkable story and poem, that informs and leaves a grand impression in the mind of the reader. Well done.

Bowler1 - Astonishing science fiction offering about artificial intellegence discovering self awareness. Excellently written, like cyber thoughts! Very cool look into a droid's mind, collectively.

Luiglin - The origin of drinking animal milk, had to be discovered at some point in human history. This tale is a great humorous telling of what it was like. Truely a delectably tasty treat.

Dream Walker - Aww, what a cute little robotic tale. This story has the makings of a wonderful children's book, or a nice episode from the tv show, Outer Limits. Very cute.

Mr Orange - Marvelous poetic tale of adventure and discovery of a minor mistake that that takes us to far away lands of excitement and danger. Very entertaining.

PhillipAEllis - Wow! Another superb story written in a cool rhyme. This one soars beyond our planet in search of other worlds to inhabit, but, humans make a horrifying discovery. Awesome.

Heh heh. You're welcome Bowler1. I've been a fan thinking robots stories since I was a kid.

Thanks for the review SB.

You're welcome Tywin.

You're welcome Mr Orange. I've still got to work on my 300 entry a little more.

Thanks Starbeast...I'm very pleased that came through for you!

You're welcome Stormcrow. Sometimes, it's the simplicity of a pleasent story that I enjoy.

Discovery
(part two)

Karn Maeshalanadae - Intense and superbly dramatic tale involving humans and fallen angels. Love is a powerful emotion, even for mighty beings beyond our world.

Redman02 - Startling fantasy story about a man on trial who can summon liquid fire! Is his power a gift from God in Heaven? Is it sorcery? You left me wanting more. Good stuff. Nice to meet you Redman02.

Ratsy - Outstanding tale of love between two people. With, a humorous realization after magic is used to thrust this romance eternally. Delightfully twisted story.

Venusian Broon - Can't we all just get along? I laughed at this sci-fi comedy recording from a flight recorder. Marvelous idea! I wish this was a 300 word challenge, because I wanted more disgruntled dialogue.

Glen - Excellent story that would make a great episode for, The Twilight Zone. A very cool entry that's bizarre and eerie. The last line is the icing on the cake of awesome strangeness.

Cab - A great entry delving in science fiction and scientific physics of time and space. Plus we are treated with a sprinkling of humor with a Disney theme park in deep space. "Are we there yet?" Nice to meet you Cab.

Victoria Silverwolf - Brilliant biohazard tale of shocking discovery, and it's horrifing intentional contamination usage for the greater good. Frightening, yet infectously entertaining. Well done!

Starbeast - Unscrews cap from bottle, pours liquid into a glass, examines it's greenish color, sniffs the poping carbonated bubbles, pauses, then drinks. Hmm...tastes like diet Mountain Dew.

BetaWolf - Freaky science fiction that feels surreal, and brings forth paranoia about the real incidents involving the mysterious "Men in Black". Even though this is only a story, it does resonate with truth. Good stuff.

Abernovo - Spookiness abounds, and a stunning surprise awaits the reader of this mighty entry. Ghoulish creatures known as the "wight", prey upon victims. It's interesting to discover who the real victim is!

Thanks SB...apreesh!!

You're welcome Ratsy.

Discovery
(part three)

ABJ - The discovery of Dark Matter did make history in the real scientific world, but it also makes for a great science fiction story. I enjoyed how it was discribed as, the "Soul of the Universe".

MPorter - Oh man, if this would only happen in real life. The idea of other human beings searching the vast universe, and making contact with our planet sends chills up my spine. Very cool.

BigJ - Insanely well written story that illustrates a man who has lost his mental stability over losing his "lucky sock". I really enjoyed this fun tale of maddness, it made me smile.

Paranoid Marvin - A pirate yarn, YES! This treasure of a tale is definately a worth a gold doubloon. Perfect pirate poem of plunder, served with sultry singing sirens for a splendid salty story.

Moonbat - Ladies and gentlemen, we are given a fabulously funny entry filled with delightful dialogue. We are seated in the front row for a great time with the magnificant discoverer, Arthur Popple.

David Evil Overlord - Headline reads: Starbeast Laughs at Overlord's Comedy. We are given yet another humorous entry, that is presented to us as a news report. Richard III's zombie body discovered in a parked car, that's funny.

Reiver33 - Excellent weird science fiction tale that is cosmically eerie, and entertainment in the spooky zone of outer space. You left me wanting much more, and that's my way of saying I really enjoyed it.

Perpetual Man - An Antarctic expedition team finds something ancient and strange in the frozen land, a mysterious box. Curiousity overwhelms the explorers, and they discover unspeakable horror! Good stuff.

Johnnyjet - Astounding story of a man's life long quest to find a real "Fountain of Youth". But, this sci-fi treat takes place in deep space, on alien worlds! Galactically cool tale.

TacticalLoco - Some people will do anything to live forever. And in this story, someone has gone to the ultimate limits to discover what that would require. Everyone must die! Diabolically shocking, but awesome.

thank you, Starbeast. It's part of a bigger story I'm working on. :)

johnnyjet -- presents an ironic conclusion to the eternal (?) search for immortality

TacticalLoco -- like the mirror image of the previous story, this search for immortality involves the entire population of the world, instead of one isolated individual

alchemist -- manages the remarkable feat of creating an urban fantasy world and three fully realized characters through one person's side of a conversation

thank you, Starbeast. It's part of a bigger story I'm working on. :)

You're welcome Betawolf. Now you have me interested in your larger story that you're putting together. Sounds cool.

Thank you for the review, SB

You're welcome PhillipAEllis.
