I've been reading through and am about half way, but just thought I'd let out that regular utterance about how stupendous the level and quality is. As always I feel humbled to be caught up with such talent.

There were so many great entries this month. Here is my "short-list"

Springs - A World in a Bottle - Great tale, who wouldn't want to live in the beautiful world in the bottle over getting slapped by your dad?

Victoria - Daphne and Apollo - This was truly great story, I loved every line in it. Well done.

Abernovo - Trespassers and Vandals - cool story about the forest retaliating with a Briar King type to defend them

Perpetual Man - Illarion - such a fantastic lyrical poem. kudos to you

Crow - Untitled - I think this is your first entry? It was really cool and had a nice feel and voice to it. Well done. Strong entry.

Boneman - Loook Out - BM you have done it again...I think it is rare you don't make my list and you did it this time with humor. A futuristic George of the Jungle "watch out for that tree"

TDZ - Still Life - Wow. TDZ the first time I read this one, I actually started to tear up a bit. That is unusual for an entry to tug at me so much. Great story...I loved it.

Mosaix - Putting Down Roots - Neat diary entry story. A place that makes you just want to chill and sleep and hang out...work to do? no problem. Well done.

The Judge - Strange Fruit - TJ, can you stop being so damned good at these? Another strong entry. I think you must have been in a state of mind this month between this and your 75 word but it sure worked. Great entry...again!


I had a hard time choosing only 3 of these but after much coffee and thumb twirling I have selected.
