Not really. I was in for 6 years, and they changed three times. And the last was far different than the first. (And today's are still more different!)

This is ten years earlier than miniskirts though. So, should be a bit less extreme. We need bigger shoulders, longer skirts and shorter hair.
To be futuristic, you really need the pink and purple hair from UFO & Space 1999. They were years ahead of punk hairstyles... but I think we are digressing somewhat now.
