Book Hauls!

Finally got forty-five minutes to go through the thousands of SFF titles in a local used book store. It would take hours to do the job properly. Anyway, I picked up the following. Let me know what you think! Which should I read first?
(BTW, there is quite a stack of @Teresa Edgerton books in there!)

In the mail today. I already have book 3 and book 2 in this series is Dagon and other tales. Now I already have a HPL paperback called Dagon and other stories but its quite skinny, and these are fairly chunky volumes, so I guess I'll have to hunt down volume 2

Just started Prador Moon . Where do you recommend I should go next please ?

Some say work through the Agent Cormac books , some say work through Polity . I'm not terribly concerned about continuity .

Had a look at the recommended list on Neal's website but none the wiser !

No idea myself. Prador Moon was my first Asher read. So fast paced. I think although the books have their own different series, they're also pretty much standalone. I'm not sure on this, just my idea (same with Iain M Babks books)

I'd suggest having a look at this thread. You've stared at the right chronological point anyway!
It's slightly out of date and doesn't include some of the more recent publications but I'd read those in publication order anyway.

Cinema Bookshop in Hay on Wye yesterday. I could only get about half of the magazine rack in the photo. I desired far more than I could reasonably purchase.

Big Book week at JunkMonkey Mansions this week. First up was the doorstep James Bond coffee table book I found in the village's free bookswap place: (The book is getting on for A3 sized).

next day I got this stonking great chunk of Architecture/Design Porn for the reference/cribbing shelves from the same place. As Architecture/Design Porn goes this thing makes recent Ikea catalogues look like Tijuana Bibles.

THEN... Mrs JunkMonkey presented me with a (very) late Christmas present A slipcased coffee table book about 1000 of the most beautiful book places in the world. Which just had me drooling - some of the text is puke-makingly purple but the pictures are gorgeous:

and THEN...

The book I bought last week on eBay was delivered and turned out to be far bigger than I was expecting (190mm x 280mm) Volume One (of two in this edition - I think) of the Mystères de Paris by Eugène Sue. No idea of the publication date but I would guess in the 1880s. Not bad for 9.5 Euros including postage.

I am officially banned from buying any more books... for the rest of the week.
