You could put me down for having written four stories. Everyone suspects I might, anyhow...
Oh! And I hope we reach 20!!
Uh, one thing I've just spotted - farntfar, are you going to throw an extra name in, so that people don't have to deliberately guess an answer wrong to hide which one is their one? i.e. imagine there were only three entries. Person A, Person B, and Me! And three stories. If I think Person A wrote 1, B wrote 2, and I know I wrote 3, I'd either have to put my own name against my own entry, or only guess 1 out of 3 with my actual guess. Whereas if there was spurious person C in the list, I could go A, B, C in safety. This would only work, obv, if C was a credible person to be in the list.
Or just possibly I'm overthinking this.
I had the same thought today, but couldn't think of any way to get around it. So everyone who entered will have to intentionally get 2 wrong guesses, that's the way it has to be.
This is really rather ridiculous.
The guessing of the authors is a game.
My own view is that you're taking it far too seriously and as such it ceases to be a game.
But if you insist I'll put another person on the list.
I suggest that you make up your minds up early for the next person who runs it.
If there were only one that's impossible to guess, that would be a miracle!Well, there's always at least one that's impossible to guess, so just stick your own name on that one...
